Refund Policy.

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

 


Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Be in the same condition as when you received it.

  • Be unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.

  • Include the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is accepted, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions for sending your package. Items returned without prior authorisation will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and resolve it for you.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. If you have any concerns about whether your item qualifies, please contact us for clarification.

 

Exchanges

The quickest way to get the item you want is to return your original item and place a new order for the replacement once your return is accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
